Clint Byars, Lead Pastor of Forward Church in the Atlanta area, has been part of the grace awakening revolution for nearly 20 years. The Gospel of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ has been around since Jesus walked the earth but there seems to be a resurgence, among the body of Christ, back to the good news of the Gospel. People are hungry for spiritual truth that feeds their souls and breaks the yolk of legalism and works righteousness. We want to inspire you to trust God and enjoy the inheritance you have in Jesus.
Jesus is enough, we can not improve upon his finished work, we can only participate in it by grace through faith. What’s left for the believer is to renew our minds for the purpose of experiencing transformation until we look like Jesus on the outside. The good news is; believers already look like Jesus on the inside. We are already spiritually fully sanctified, holy and righteous because of the cleansing of the sacrificial blood of Jesus, we simply need to put on that new man. This happens by establishing our hearts in grace. These messages are designed to do just that, help you experience transformation by renewing your mind. We only ask $1 per message. If you can not afford the messages, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a direct link to download. CD sets are also available.
Forward exists to preach the Gospel of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ and help you move forward in every of life. We want to inspire you to trust God. Because when you trust God you heart will open toward him in confidence and you will experience his good plans for your life. We are committed to putting tools in your hands to help you renovate your mindsets and experience transformation.

We offer materials to help you focus on God’s love for you and experience his goodness. We believe simply that people are saved by grace through faith in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is through belief in His sacrifice alone that we are made righteous. Once one chooses to accept the free gift of righteousness, we are seated at the right hand of our Heavenly father, in Christ. The Holy Spirit makes us perfect and we become His dwelling place. Following Jesus is easy and light, even in the midst of difficulties. God is always good and never tempts us or creates trials for us. He has plans to prosper us, not harm us. He has already given us all spiritual blessings in Heavenly places in Christ Jesus so we never have to beg Him for what Jesus inherited and gave us freely as joint-heirs. We are qualified for the blessing of Abraham by faith and nothing can separate us from His love.
The scriptural foundation for the calling of this ministry is found in two places:
Exodus14:15 Then the LORD said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to Me? Tell the sons of Israel to go forward. 16 “As for you, lift up your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it, and the sons of Israel shall go through the midst of the sea on dry land.
Moses was called by God to deliver His people from captivity so God could dwell among his people. Now that Jesus has come it is possible for God to dwell within his people. The staff of Moses represents the anointing and authority of God believers walk in. In this story Moses is focused on His problem, he’s waiting on God to show up. God responds by challenging Moses to make a choice and move forward. Moses already carried the staff, the power he needed, he just needed to move forward in confidence toward God. We believe this is where most people are, they simply lack the inspiration and confidence to move forward.
Forward’s New Covenant calling is based on this passage.
II Corinthians 5:16 Therefore from now on we recognize no one according to the flesh; even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him in this way no longer. 17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come. 18 Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, 19 namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.20 Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were making an appeal through us; we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. 21 He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
Once we make the choice to believe, all things are made new and God no longer looks at us outwardly but inwardly. He gives us a new heart, joins His spirit to ours and deposits the fulness of His Kingdom within. From there we are to go into the world and tell people that God is not holding their sins against them, it’s safe to come to Him. This beautiful passage reminds us that Jesus literally became our sin, took on our sinful nature so we could have His righteous nature. Part of this exchange meant the he took the wrath of God, died the death we deserved, was cut off from God in the grave yet remained faithful, obtaining an eternal righteousness that He now shares with all who will believe.
While we see amazing miracles, signs and wonders through Forward, our greatest joy is watching people discover unconditional love from our Heavenly Father. Once someone becomes convinced and confident of God’s love toward them, they’re on their path to being a powerful and effective disciple of our Lord Jesus Christ. While we love to teach and help others discover the divine gifts within them, we just like people. It just so happens that we get to inspire others to let God love them and take that same ministry of reconciliation into a hurting world.

Clint Byars served on staff at Impact for 6 years. No matter the situation, Clint showed the compassion and kindness toward people which opened the door for him to effectively minister the Gospel to them. As far as I’m concerned Clint Byars has a better grasp on the New Convent and the eternal realities of God than most ministers I know. Plus, in life he is the real deal!
